Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out any necessary forms and paperwork. Please bring any dental insurance information you may have with you. If you take antibiotics before dental work, be sure to take the medication 1 hour prior to your appointment. The initial visit will consist of a review of your medical history, a full comprehensive dental exam and taking any necessary radiographs.
